160 meter - 1.8432 MHz 500mW MEPT

Here is my last creation! For the moment it didn't transmit into an adapted antenna yet, but I've tested it and it's ready for 160 meter.

The hardware schematic is always based on 74hc240. A bd139 give 500mW output at 12 Vcc of supply. A pic controlled little relay is used to shift dot/dash frequencies of about 5 Hz varying supply of canned oscillator; pic controls also lengh of dot/dash, of course.

First smoke test was made working all night with my balcony antenna tuned with an old modified CB tuner, but real output power I think was only a few microwatt...
